Reconnecting your WIFI to your Sungrow Monitoring App

Follow the below instructions to reconnect:

  1. Go Into the Isolarcloud app
  2. Go to More on your plant screen (Bottom right-hand corner) and Select " WLAN Configuration & quot.
  3. Scan the QR code on the front of the WIFI dongle OR select “Enter Manually” and enter the WIFI dongle Serial number  #_________________ and press confirm
  4. IT will prompt you to open your WIFI settings on your phone or tablet, open it and select the SG Network (If it asks for a password to connect to the SG Network it will be the WIFI dongle serial number located on the side of your wifi dongle which is
  5. Once you have connected to the SG network, stay connected to it even when it says that there is no internet, then Go back to the app and it should show you a Green tick and circle with a NEXT button underneath, select NEXT
  6. It will then prompt you to select your home wifi network from the list of available WLAN options, select your home wifi and enter its password when it says connected select NEXT.   The app will only recognise WIFI on the 2.4GHZ  band.  If you only have 5G it will not recognise this band.
  7. The app will then tell you if you are successfully connected to the internet or not if it does then hit COMPLETE
  8. Return home and then make sure that you change your phone or tablet back over to your normal WIFI so that you have access to the internet so you can see your data on the app.
  9. If it still says offline try the process again.
  10. When online it should say online with a Green dot or circle around your plant.
  11. You may want to log out and log in again to your app once you have reconnected if it is not showing as connected right away.
