SERVICE CALL-OUT CHARGES and FEES 2023

We are ONLY able to undertake remote monitoring, firmware upgrades and managing and troubleshooting your system if you HAVE WIFI. If you require us to come out and we are unable to access your system remotely, you will be charged a service fee of $130 and if you are outside 80klms from our offices, travel will also be charged.
We have performed on your home at the time of installation, a full OFF GRID check on your Hybrid system, if you have a battery installed, once our battery has been installed, to guarantee and assure you that your Hybrid system is working as it should in a blackout mode. i.e., supplying power to 2 live circuits. We turn off your mains switch in the meter box to achieve this “blackout” We also take photos for the CEC to ensure the system is working to standard.

ANY service calls after the installation will be charged at our standard rate UNLESS it is a warranty call, this includes resetting your WIFI. We advise you to call your NBN provider for assistance to avoid these charges if you have solar PV only or a hybrid system. In the event that any replacement is needed, that work will be done at no charge to you as long as it is under warranty, the replacement fee will be charged to the manufacturer. Any service calls that are required will be charged at our standard call-out charge of $130 and $130 per hour thereafter.
