To our valued Hybrid and Off-grid battery customers.

We will have completed on your home, at the time of installation and will continue to do, a full OFF GRID check on your property once your battery has been installed, to guarantee and assure you that your Hybrid system is working as it should in a blackout mode. I.E., supplying power to 2 live circuits.  We turn off your mains switch in the meter box to achieve this “blackout”

In the event that any replacement is needed, that work will be done at no charge to you as long as it is under warranty, the replacement fee will be charged to the manufacturer.

Any service calls that are required will be charged at our standard call-out charge of $150 and $130 per hour thereafter.
